These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 365j platform, including all gaming services, financial transactions, promotions, and support functions. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

Each individual may hold only one 365j account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be detected automatically. Both accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support immediately to have it resolved.
All 365j account balances are held in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Withdrawals are paid to your verified payment method — GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank — with no undisclosed fees deducted by 365j. Winnings are calculated on the odds or game outcomes presented at the time of the bet.
365j provides deposit limits, session alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account dashboard. These controls are enforced with real cooling-off periods and cannot be immediately reversed. We encourage all members to use these tools proactively.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), bonus abuse, money laundering, and providing false registration information are all strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering with 365j, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any dispute arising from these Terms, and you acknowledge that gaming activities are regulated under PAGCOR's framework.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 365j. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as described in Section 14 (Amendments).
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use 365j. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR's Philippine online gaming regulatory framework. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 365j reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 365j Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 365j makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 Registration Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any change occurs. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 365j uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, both Accounts may be suspended, Balances may be forfeited, and the Member may be permanently banned from the Platform.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you. You must notify 365j immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.1 Account Verification (KYC). 365j may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification procedures before processing withdrawals, unlocking bonus funds, or continuing to use certain Platform features. Verification may include submission of a valid government-issued identification document, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership.
4.2 Account Dormancy. An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or Bet activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 365j reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the applicable fee schedule. Members will be notified in advance before any dormancy fee is applied.
4.3 Account Closure by Member. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 365j support. Upon verification of your identity, your Account will be closed and any remaining Balance will be disbursed to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the resolution of any pending Bets or bonus wagering requirements.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 365j accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and the applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits published in the cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Currency. All Balances, Bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 365j does not apply foreign currency exchange fees on PHP-denominated transactions.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya, and ₱500 via bank transfer, unless otherwise specified in an applicable promotion.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Withdrawals via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed on the same business day. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on payment provider network conditions, KYC status, and applicable verification requirements. 365j is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 365j Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 365j reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
5.6 Transaction Fees. 365j does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 365j accepts no responsibility.
6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each Game available on the Platform is governed by game-specific rules presented within the Game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the conduct of that Game only.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. All Bets are subject to acceptance by 365j. 365j reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, system errors, or violation of applicable rules.
6.3 Bet Finality. Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except where expressly permitted by applicable Game rules (e.g., cash-out features in supported sports betting markets).
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a Game or Bet, 365j will use best efforts to reconstruct the state of the game from server logs. Where a fair reconstruction is not possible, 365j reserves the right to void the relevant Bet and return the staked amount to the Member's Balance.
6.5 Live Games & Sports Betting. Live game and live in-play sports betting results are final once determined by the Platform. In the event of a disputed result, the applicable game provider's or official sports governing body's result shall be determinative.
6.6 Maximum Win Limits. 365j may apply maximum win limits per session, per day, or per event. These limits are communicated within the relevant game lobby or sports betting market. Wins exceeding applicable limits will be adjusted to the stated maximum.
7.1 Promotional Terms. Each 365j promotion, bonus offer, or cashback scheme is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum bonus amounts. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Member's Account must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they, or winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived funds are non-withdrawable.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. 365j reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus, and to close any Account, where it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a sign-up bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
7.4 Withdrawal of Promotional Offers. 365j reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Members who have already accepted and are actively completing a promotion will be permitted to complete it under the terms originally presented.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365j Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the 365j Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 365j or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. 365j grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not reproduce, republish, or transmit any 365j content without prior written authorization from 365j. Unauthorized use of 365j intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
10.1 General Disclaimer. The 365j Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365j makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 365j's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Excluded Losses. 365j shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 365j has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Internet Risks. 365j is not responsible for transmission errors, data corruption, security breaches, or interruptions caused by internet infrastructure, telecommunications networks, or your own device and connectivity.
365j collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data 365j collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and the rights available to Members in respect of their personal data under applicable Philippine data protection law.
By registering with 365j, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at 365j.club/privacy-policy.
12.1 Commitment. 365j is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help Members manage their gaming activity and protect themselves from the potential harms of problem gambling.
12.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members via the account dashboard, at no charge, and without requiring contact with support:
12.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. 365j strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Members who become aware of an underage individual accessing the Platform are requested to notify 365j immediately. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent underage access.

13.1 Suspension by 365j. 365j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the Member has engaged in prohibited conduct; (c) the Account has been compromised by a third party; (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or (e) the Member has filed a fraudulent chargeback with their payment provider.
13.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed by 365j due to a violation of these Terms, any Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at 365j's discretion. Where an Account is closed at the Member's request or due to no fault of the Member, any verified Balance will be returned to the Member's nominated payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.
13.3 Notice. Where reasonably practicable, 365j will provide written notice of account suspension to the Member's registered email address. 365j is not obligated to provide reasons for suspension where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or violate applicable law.
365j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 365j will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must close your Account before the revision takes effect.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
15.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact 365j support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for informal resolution of any dispute. This does not limit 365j's ability to seek emergency injunctive relief where appropriate.
15.4 Regulatory Framework. 365j operates within the framework of PAGCOR's online gaming regulations. Members who believe they have a regulatory complaint may contact PAGCOR directly. Contact information for PAGCOR is available through official Philippine government channels.
