Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data 365j collects when you use our platform, why we collect it, how it is used and protected, and what rights you have under Philippine data protection law.
In this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:
365j is the data controller in respect of Personal Data collected and processed through the 365j Platform. As data controller, 365j determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with the Data Privacy Act and this Privacy Policy.
365j's DPO has been registered with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and the NPC's registration requirements for personal information controllers.
365j collects the following categories of Personal Data, depending on the nature of your interaction with the Platform:
365j may receive Personal Data about you from third parties, including: payment providers confirming transaction outcomes, KYC verification service providers, and fraud detection services. This data is used solely for the purposes described in Section 5 and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Under the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, 365j processes your Personal Data on the following legal bases:

|---|---|
| Contractual Necessity | Processing required to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, record bets, and provide platform access under the 365j Terms and Conditions. |
| Legal Obligation | Age verification (21+), KYC identity checks, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, PAGCOR reporting obligations, and cooperation with lawful law enforcement requests. |
| Legitimate Interests | Fraud prevention, security monitoring, platform analytics, and technical troubleshooting — where such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights. |
| Consent | Marketing communications (email or SMS) sent to you about 365j promotions, new games, and events. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your communication preferences in your account settings. |
365j uses the Personal Data it collects for the following specific purposes:
6.1 What We Use. The 365j Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (local storage, session tokens) to operate key platform functions, maintain your login session, apply your preferences, and support security measures such as CSRF protection.

6.3 Managing Cookies. You can configure your browser to reject or delete cookies. Note that disabling Strictly Necessary cookies will prevent the 365j Platform from functioning correctly. Functional and Analytics cookies can be disabled without affecting core features, though some personalisation settings may be lost.
365j shares your Personal Data only with the following categories of third parties, and only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your Personal Data held by 365j. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting our DPO as described in Section 13:
You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data that 365j holds about you and information about how it is being processed. 365j will respond to access requests within 15 business days of receipt and verification of your identity.
If any Personal Data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. You may update basic account information directly in your account settings. For KYC data or financial records, please contact support.
You may request the deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent (and no other lawful basis exists), or where processing is unlawful. Note that certain data must be retained to satisfy legal obligations (see Section 9) and cannot be deleted on request alone.
You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes at any time, with immediate effect. You may also object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, subject to 365j demonstrating overriding legitimate grounds.
Where processing is carried out by automated means and on the basis of your consent or a contract, you have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller where technically feasible.
You may request that 365j restrict the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested, or while an objection to processing is being assessed.
If you believe that 365j has not handled your Personal Data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. NPC contact details are available through official Philippine government channels.

If 365j becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected Personal Data from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately closed, any Personal Data collected will be deleted or anonymized (subject to any legal hold obligations), and any funds will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's guidance for underage registrants.
Parents and guardians who believe that a minor under their care has registered a 365j account are requested to contact 365j support immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be closed and the relevant data removed promptly.
365j reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, our data processing activities, or our platform operations. Where a change is material, 365j will notify Members via the Platform or by email to the registered address at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
